Please follow the local order process and make the request directly with your local manager / supervisor, who will then request AID access on your behalf.
You cannot directly request your own access to AID with IT helpdesk.
If you are a manager or supervisor AND you are a requester with access to User On/Off Boarding on RequestIT, you can request AID access on behalf of requested user/s. Go to https://servicenow.dhl.com/requestit, then select 'User On/Off Boarding' under 'Identity Services' and then 'DPDHL Applications Access'. Alternatively, for a direct link click here.
